Cod liver smoked lightly over beech wood and preserved in its own oil. Fangst chooses to use liver from cod caught in Icelandic waters because of its high quality, and the country’s strong culture of using every part of the cod. Toast some hunks of good bread drizzled with olive oil, spread with the cod liver and add a few cracks of black pepper.
