This tuna is caught when it’s at its peak during the summer months in the Cantabrian Sea and tinned in the Basque Country. Zallo is an eco-friendly cannery, working with the Marine Stewardship Council, and fishing fleets that adhere to pole-and-line fishing, ensuring no by-catch or seabed damage.
