Blue mussels marinated with dill and fennel

Blue mussels from Denmark in a marinade of apple vinegar, cold pressed rapeseed oil, dill and fennel seeds. These blue mussels are from the cold waters of Limfjorden, the Danish inlet renowned for these tasty shellfish. FANGST says this is their version of the blue mussel, and we think it’s delicious.
